my friends (3 of us all bought both of the new ones this morning...gotta support the B. ) I love to read the comments on YT though and see what people say about the songs!!
I just listened to this pike for the first time and WOW! A masterpiece once again!! I’m definitely going to buy pike 287 🤘🤘🤘 Thank you once again for your music Buckethead 🙏
BH has been there for me over the many years with his sublime creativity and most odd synchronicites......he has especially helped me through these most difficult COVID Years and has inspired me to make my first improvisational Video for my Son's Birthday......Apologies, it was on my old phone I used for the recording so the quality is not a Pro Tool Type Video.... nevertheless it is played with true spirit, heart and soul......
Can’t believe this pike somehow passed me up. Super incredible as always!! We are all so lucky to have Brian as one of the most influential guitar players to Grace the earth with his God given gift to satisfy our musical needs. Thankyou Big B!! We all love you man!!!!
Yeah, after a masterpiece like Through The Looking Garden, this one actually feels a bit lackluster to me. It's not bad, but doesn't really go anywhere either. From the two recent releases, I like Liminal Monorail more, but neither would be in my top Pikes list. Hopefully there will be more to come in 2021.
@@hansgruber5391 I thought his last good one was Once Upon a Distant Plane. To be honest, I think Through the Looking Garden and Liminal Monorail are both total bores. It feels like Bucket is phoning it in on these. Yeah, I'm always waiting for the next installment in the amazing pikes series.
It seems like his most creative days are behind him. Everything is so one dimensional these days. He is getting up there. But every once in awhile he still surprised me. Still be was a bests in his hay day.
@@carpenterjoe6763 In the past I've liked about one out of every 6 pikes, enough to buy the downloads of 50 pikes. I think pikes 283 and 281 show he's still got it, but he needs some new melodies and chord progressions, and then to play his heart out. Lately we're getting lots of special effects and not much good guitar playing.
michael fowler it’s gotta be hard to be creative after all he has done. He’s still creative but in spurts like a good riff here and a sweet lick there. He doesn’t put it together like he used to. But he owes us nothing he’s still the goat. And I never lose Hope, coupon was sweet.
