It’s hilarious how James summed up everything at the end calling out his ignorance and he still said he’s not changing what he’s thinking. One of the biggest problems with people is they have the strongest opinion on a topic yet know very little about said topic
There is actually a scientific name for it, its called Dunning-Kruger effect and is part of human learning, The less you know the more confident you are and as your knowledge grows your confident lessens !
James is wrong though, they have been more than a few main stream media reports, witnesses statements and video footage of aid being found in possession of hamas being used. It's why alot of aid is material goods instead of money but they still take it e.g infrastructure bulding materials used to make tunnels and rockets from pipes etc. Theres even been a few defectors that have said the same.
It's hilarious how James knows the guy is right so trys to argue with no facts and nothing statements and when he is shown up he threatens to cut them off. And it goes on and on with every caller that shows him up.

The tunnels under the hospital were built in the 80s by Israel during their time there. They said so themselves. They said that's the reason why they are so sure they exist.

The caller wasn't obliged to call up and make those false accusations without having any facts to support them but he did it anyway and JOB's been on LBC long enough for people to understand that he won't give you a free pass to say anything on the radio without it getting challenged for concrete evidence.
If a caller ends up feeling humiliated they should re-evaluate the claims they come on to make next time. we're living in an age of near persistent disinformation and whatever their political leanings, all news outlets needs to ensure that the information being broadcast to their viewers or listeners is challenged and fact checked, regardless of whether it comes from the hosts themselves or an ignorant caller making baseless claims that they end up admitting on air that they are indeed baseless.
