- Looking for leftover brisket recipes, or want some brisket breakfast ideas to make on the griddle? This HUGE brisket burrito is stuffed with hash browns, scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, and a homemade salsa - the ultimate breakfast burrito on the griddle!
Just cube up your leftover brisket and heat it on the griddle. Cook up a bunch of scrambled eggs, and saute some diced onions and peppers (we actually used poblano peppers from the garden). Then, get your tater tots or hash browns crispy on the griddle, and you're ready to make these easy brisket breakfast burritos!

My wife’s sister and husband are coming to town for my wife’s 50th B-Day this weekend. I’m smoking a brisket on my TMG Fridge for Saturday. We planned on breakfast burritos Sunday morning before they head out. Now it’s going to be leftover brisket breakfast burritos. Thanks for the idea!

@@TheFlatTopKing Ordered it last year and picked it up about 7 months ago. After 21 years in the Army, it was a retirement gift to myself. Burgers are great because I’ll smoke them for a bit, then use the built in Griddle top on the firebox to get a hard sear on the outside. It’s huge and takes a large fire to get it going, but once it’s heat sinked a fairly small fire size keeps it at a super steady temp very easily. I’m saving now for their direct heat Dumpster to add to the collection!

Highly recommend vacuum sealing leftover brisket, which preserves the juices in the brisket. Skillet potatoes with peppers and onions elevates the breakfast taco. You are correct pulled pork is another good option.

Hey Neal. I like to take my tots and defrost them the night before and break them up before placing on the heating surface.
I had no idea that I could cook frozen items directly on my Traeger, like those tater tots. Seems I learn something new with every episode you produce. Good job!
Just be carful and dont over do it....the cold will shock the griddle and wrap...notice that the amount of suface area actually touching was not that much..and I didnt uses the whole bag at once...

Good Vid Guys. Looks delicious. I have a brisket in the freezer. I'll have to try this. I've done the Tater Tot thing before. Not the Smashed ones. But I struggle with getting my breakfast potatoes right. I haven't tried french fries yet. Any tips on how to make them crunchy without burning or under cooking them. I appreciate any advice. I think its about the shallow fry...keeping the temps down low enough once the fries come up to temp that the griddle is not 500 degrees....or above...flipping often helps...the oil coats the fries and helps cook...the video today I post has this exact thing in there...

@@TheFlatTopKing Tarawa-class amphibious assault. I knew a few guys and family from Norfolk that were SEALs. Little Creek. We had great times at the civilian marina there and many mohitos. Recommendation: never run a fishing line going through the channels there; it earns a 50 cal trained on you. Personal experience.

hhaahaha.....well notice I only made one on camera....hers did not have em...she truly had low carb...But typically thats are motto.....just cut as much as possible...its all counts and helps at the end..not sure how long you have followed us...if you noticed my beginning videos....i was a lot bigger...ended up losing 62 lbs...gained about 15 back....but

Most griddles that used to be true...not anymore with some brands...You do not have to use all burners anymore...but thats depends on the brand and even model...
