I tried some breakfast burritos at home. Now my wife doesn't want anything different! Greetings from Brazil, Kent! 🇧🇷 I appreciate how you always make sure to thank our good Lord for His blessing while cooking. That's the real spirit!
Hey Kent, I just wanted to pop on and say thanks for the entertainment all these years. My grandmother passed away recently, and she used to talk about you all the time. She was from Hollis Oklahoma, and said you would cook for her school reunion! These videos are special to me now, it’s something we enjoyed together.
In high school I used to heat up a frozen breakfast burrito ( scrambled eggs with spices, cheddar cheese and bacon, no sausage bc I've never liked sausage) in the microwave and it was decent enough for a then 14 year old me. However they eventually stopped selling the breakfast burrito with bacon, only the sausage one was available, so my mom started making me a homemade one with hash browns on the side. It was probably the most delicious breakfast I've ever had and now over 20 years later I don't know how my mom did it, our mornings were always rushed, my mom had to get all of us kids ready for school while she herself had to be at work super early yet she still took the time to make us all a good breakfast instead of just cereals or pop tarts. But now it's been at least 2 decades since I had a breakfast burrito, I randomly stumbled on this video and plan on making this for my family now! Will save some for my mom as well, lol. Thanks for getting me to crave breakfast at 6pm! :)

I’ve been watching Cowboy Kent Rollins for a few years now, and I have to say, when it comes to Cowboy cooking, with some interspersed Mexican and Southern elements (which I was raised on), he is unbeatable in the world of TH-cam cooks/chefs for sure (IMO of course). If this man opened a restaurant, I’d be the first in line on opening day! This cooking has soul to it…which, in this day and age where it seems like so many people lose sight (or never get it in the first place) of the joys of eating because they are obsessed with their physical appearance…is something to be grateful for. Thank you Mr. Rollins!
Mr Rollins, I just wanted to say thank you for this recipe. I watched this video last night, and then fixed everything while rewatching this video again this morning. My 83 year old grandmother (who usually eats like a bird) actually LOVED this recipe so much (I did use mild green Chile for her since she doesn’t like spicy stuff like me) she ate the whole burrito and then smiled and asked me if I was gonna fix it again this weekend!! I’d call that a family hit!! Thank you again for sharing another amazing recipe with us sir. Hope you and your family are richly blessed by the Lord.
I love a good breakfast burrito. It was always something good to take to the rig for a snack or meal. I use to make up something very similar to these when my son was little, okay maybe not little but 10 or 11 years old. We would get some of his friends together (usually 3-5) to go fishing in the fall at one of the local lakes. We made these up the night before because we would be on the lake by daylight and made at least 2 a piece minimum. Always amazed me how much those boys could eat lol. Wrapped them in foil and would place on the grill above the fire we would have. They could take them and be watching their poles while they ate. It made for so fantastic memories for this old man. Burritos were much the same except I also had chopped ham in them. Never tried the hash browns deep fried just spread thin in a 12 inch skillet. Always love your videos sir. God bless you, Shan and the pups. You always take me back to a better time.

@@tempestfury8324 It's an American breakfast burrito, not a traditional Mexican burrito.
@@NeverGone23 : There is no such thing as a "traditional Mexican breakfast burrito". It's an American construct but that doesn't mean you should put mustard on it.
@@tempestfury8324 I never said anything about putting mustard on a burrito you would get at a Mexican restaurant.
Thank you Kent and crew. Love your show
The best Breakfast Burritos -Have- to have potatoes... This looks really great! My favorite Breakfast burrito (and the best I've had) was back in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Served smothered in green chili - it was stupendously awesome. I highly recommend that combo. Great video, as always!
Sir. You are a joy to watch. Gotta love breakfast burritos. I remember the first time I had one from Mary Jane’s food truck in Taos NM. It was a revelation. We’re back living in England and I miss a good breakfast burrito. Thanks for the recipe. God bless.
Hi Kent iv been watching your TH-cam channel for 2 years now iv always tried to cook the things you do in your videos it's fantastic the food you make il definitely be trying this one I can't wait to see what you cook next sending kind regards from the UK 🇬🇧 thank you for what you do Andrew
They all taste great any of the ones I've tried.
Thanks for watching
Looks so good. Yummy n my tummy. God bless you all.
Now that is a nice tip with frying the burrito in the leftover bacon grease. I wish I had thought of that!
Love your shows, your family and hounds! Truly appreciate your love of God and country, keep the lessons and recipes rollin!
Now that’s some fine dining Kent! I’ll be trying this one night soon. I have chickens this year for the first time. I have 5 hens I raised from two week old chicks and got my first hen fruit a week and a half ago. It’s been very rewarding! I see some of that bounty going into one of these breakfast burritos very soon. Now, if only bacon grew on trees 😊🤣 God bless Cowboy.
These haven't been popping up in my feed and I slowly forgot about Ol' Kent. Man o man I missed me some of this here.
this man is an absolute legend
Thanks so much and Happy New Year to you
@@CowboyKentRollins Happy new year merry Christmas & god bless to you & your family Cowboy Kent 🙌🏽
Since watching this video I have made this recipe at least 4 times. Its soooooo good. Thanks for the video!
Great looking burrito Kent, I bet those Hatch chilies are amazing. The best green chili I ever had was in Albuquerque at the Indian Pueblo Kitchen, maybe someday they will sell it in a jar and you can use it.
They got some good chilis in New Mexico
@@CowboyKentRollins They should... it's the official state food item, or so I hear... lol.
This is NOT for breakfast!!! This IS for ANYTIME of the day SIR!!! I love this and love your dance. Thank you CBKR❤

Cowboy 🤠 Kent Rollins and His Sizzling Skillet Skills! The Cast Iron Cooking King 👑 !
Some of the things he says reminds me of my grandpa. He used to be so patient when he cooked. Miss that guy, but I'm glad I get reminders of him from this channel. ^^
I do love a good breakfast burrito!! Can't wait to try this one!!! Yummm
Hope you enjoy
Good ole Silver City, New Mexico. My dad and my grandparents were from Santa Clara, New Mexico which was only like 20 or so minutes away from Silver City. Thanks for sharing your recipe Kent.
Great video I can't wait to make this for breakfast thank you for showing 🤠👍
Hope you enjoy
Great recipe, so it seems... but I still think your Mountain Man Breakfast outdoes it. ☺ Ooh.. there's an idea. The Mountain Man Breakfast, wrapped up in a tortilla. What would that one be like? :-9
Nothing better than our New Mexico chile!! So awesome that you had this in Silver City. Your New Mexico family loves you.
Great country, Great Chilis and Great people
Ok so I’m going to make this for dinner tomorrow ! I bought all of the ingredients today and I’m going to cook it exactly the same! I’ve got some friends coming over for dinner tomorrow and I’m sure this will be a winner! They always like what I make. But I always tell them that it’s Kent Rollins recipes! 😄 I make most of the meals in your TH-cam videos and I’ve never ever been disappointed !!!! Thank you sir.
