The Dormin were are the dead. Do you think the dead should walk among the living? Do you know what could happen to life? It would not be pretty. Also, you do not know the reason why the Dormin were sealed in the first place. It was probably the reason had to be the reason on why that civilization was destroyed.
The scene with Argo coming over to Mono with a broken leg always makes me cry😭
I've beaten this game at least 30 times, and 1:44:30 still makes me tear up every single time. When the violins and double bass come in it just hits me like a semi-truck.

I find it amazing how Agro always comes back to the shrine whenever Wander defeats the first 15 Colossi.
I love watching these game movies. This channel has led me to many games I would've never found or tried out.

@@aznericxD I know for me sometimes I don't like a game but I like the story. So I watch them here. This one for example. The gameplay sucks and is super boring and repetitive. But I love the story and atmosphere. Same with horizon zero dawn. Couldn't stand the gameplay. Wasn't fun.

I've always wondered if Dormin was really as evil as Lord Emon made him out to be.
Yeah I mean he did warn Wander that he'd pay a heavy price and he did bring Mono back. I think an entirely evil being would've told wonder not to worry and told him EXACTLY where the colossi were and how to kill them, and then not bring Mono back after.
@@kristianbrandt3012 yeah it's sorta ambiguous in that regard, it still feels like Dormin could be hungry for power once its end of the deal is fulfilled and he would try to leave the forbidden lands. Who knows

Neat detail added at 8:22. First thing, the shadows crawl out of the ground just like the ones in ICO. Secondly, you can see that some of the shadows are children (they were all adults in the PS2). Since Dormin's fragments manifest in the form of an adult once you defeat a Colossus, could this mean that these shadows are actually people who once inhabited the Forbidden Lands and were taken over by Dormin, becoming their servants?

Yeah. I know its hard to edit material to fit in a movie lenght (2 hours is really good running time), but fights are the highlights, it feels wrong to do skips inbetween.
5 minutes in, I'm pretty emotionally invested in the horse - nothing bad better happen to it! Also, so far, (halfway through), killing those colossi seems like a dik dik move. Hope we find that they deserved it!

Maybe all of this could have been avoided if Wander just went back in time to prevent Mono’s sacrifice. Then he wouldn’t feel the need to go to the Forbidden Lands and kill 16 Colossi in order to resurrect his girlfriend. That way, Agro wouldn’t be crippled, Wander wouldn’t be dead, possessed by Dormin and later reincarnated as an infant, and Mono wouldn’t be trapped in the Forbidden Lands while raising this infant.

In the original after every fight when Wander get hot with those black thing and teleported back there is always a part where everything is black except for an area in the middle and there is breathing. Did you take that out or is it just not in the remastered version at all?

I would of just accepted her death, been depressed for a year than picked my self up and begun moving on. I know love is strong but no woman or anyone for that is worth going through all that. Especially on a quest to kill ancient guardians in pursuit of a power humans aren't ever suppose to receive.
