    How many times a week do I perform this exercise?

      Thank you for watching! If your recovering from something (injury, surgery, etc.) . . . gentle, pain-free stretching is often recommended Daily - 3 repetitions, 3x per day, for 30 seconds each. Once you have regained flexibility & motion, it can be 1-2 stretches just before higher level activities (e.g. exercising).
      Be safe & always check with your medical provider for your specific ideal frequency . . . Stay Safe!!
