So in theory, the woman herself put in all the rollers perfectly, and then managed to apply all that gunk perfectly without spilling any of it, with her hands above her head and at all different angles. I am dubious.
I remember Lilt & other brands of home perms, back in the 1960's. I was, literally, terrified of seeing these boxes in the stores. Girls that used this stuff at home would burn their hair off or melt it together. Is it any wonder we all became hippies & grew our hair out, long & natural? It was because of "scary boxes of Lilt"!!! : )

I used Lilt once loved my perm but the lotion smelled so bad I mean very bad
i gave my girlfriend a lilt lotion wave nack then too & the smell was bad!!!
