R u sure this did not float in d recent FL flooding.? I assumed anything originating from a FL seller/dealer possibly has flood damage....be sure to have van inspected thoroughly before buying😅
Since we recorded this before the two recent hurricanes went through, we can say pretty confidently that this unit wasn't damaged by those. It is a good idea to have an RV inspection, which should pretty easily find water damage of that magnitude. On a side note, most of the flooding Florida is seeing in the Orlando and Deland/Daytona areas since Hurricane Milton is fresh water from the rainfall. Honestly, any flooding is bad.
Do they come with flood Damage? in Tampa.. but ya typically used would seem to be a better deal if taken care of to avoid initial depreciation. Low quality controls makes new not worth buying anymore.
Yeah, Tampa got extremely lucky during Milton, and they didn't get the storm surge they were fearing. There was some localized flooding, but it was mostly from the massive amount of rainfall the area received. As far as buying used, we would definitely consider it moving forward.
But Rose wanted more space which is the reason why you went with the Wayfarer. She was SO happy. It's a shame you had a bad experience with the Tiffin, but there are other, more spacious units out there?
We can speak from experience. We had two issues with ours. The inverter went which is a common problem, and the Mercedes Fresco windows got out of adjustment and developed leaks. We considered ourselves lucky that's all we had to deal with over two years.
We went that route when we bought our Midwest Automotive American Coach Patriot. It was a bit more expensive, but we had fewer issues. Your plan seems like a solid one. Thank you.
Not at all. You will notice in our videos that we are not shy about pointing out the quality and design deficiencies we see. In this case, we previously owned a class B from Midwest Automotive, and we were very happy with that unit.
I like the colors ! Can you do more campers on fire transits please?
As a matter of fact, we have an upcoming video where we look at two Ford Class B's from Pleasure Way. They are really nice. Stay tuned...
@@halffasttravelers2702 thank you so much. Love u 2 as a team.
Thanks.

Any salt water would have obvious corrosion almost immediately.

You are so right, and we really do both love the Wayfarer. We just wish we could be traveling in it instead of waiting for it to be repaired.
American Coach / Midwest definitely is know for quality!

I think they should refund your $$$ and dismiss your loan on the lemon tiffen. I have read only bad reviews on them lately.
We'll see what happens when they diagnose our latest issue. All options are on the table.
After shopping for months. Grech is the only answer. Pay 20k more save endless headaches if you want class B
