5 years back! when i posted in Attock first time i tasted it its full name is (Kabli-pulao) there are many afghans settled in attock they ran restaurant and made it in Beef and add some dry fruits too along with carrot and in the end they offerd you (qahwa) a type of tea without milk which dilute all the fats and help in digestion the aroma and taste i nvr evr forget , but no one make like that as afghanis make it .after seeing your vlog a lot of memories awake ...
@@sarimali1584 I love Pashtun style cooking, their karahi, pulao and chapli kababs are unbeatable! One of my good friends is also from Attock. And yes, like you said this Uzbek plov is so similar to Kabuli 😋
@@sairathemusafir well i tasted all the dishes u mentioned above but i m not belong to Attock , i served there probabley 3 years , and 2 months i love the food silence , and peace and especiall there water even simple tap water is very pure and fresh when ever i came back to my native city lahrore from attock i face noise pollution and air pollutioin and even the quality of water very bad in lahore..
