    Ciao a tutti! ❤ Anche a te come me viene voglia di pizza una sera si e l’altra pure? 😅 Ahimè sono Pizza dipendente! Come sai amo impastare e ne ho fatte tantissime lievitate! Ma questa versione VELOCE e LIQUIDA con LIEVITO STANTANEO mi mancava proprio, e curiosa come sono non potevo non farla!
    Avendo poco tempo mi sono decisa e l’ho fatta, non ci potevo credere… è BUONISSIMA!
    Pensa che mio marito non ci voleva credere (ora guardando il video avrà la conferma) secondo lui era fatta con lievito di birra e non c’era verso, pensava lo prendessi in giro!
    Vorrà dire che d’ora in poi la farò più spesso , magari cambiando i condimenti!
    🌡️ In forno a 220° Statico 210° Ventilato per 15-20 minuti prima sul 1° ripiano
    poi dopo aver aggiuntola mozzarella altri 10-15 minuti
    📝 Ingredienti: stampo 26-28 cm
    250 g Farina 0
    250 g Acqua (temperatura ambiente)
    1 cucchiaino Zucchero
    1 cucchiaino Sale
    1 cucchiaio Olio extra vergine di oliva
    8 g Lievito istantaneo per torte salate
    📝Per condire:
    Salsa di pomodoro (condita con sale, olio, basilico)
    Mozzarella o Provola
    Basilico, origano, olio, peperoncino

      Hello 😊. Is savoury yeast baking powder? I have not heard of it here in New Zealand. Like you, I really love pizza and have no patience waiting for pizza do and commercial ones are okay, but what is really in them. I really want to try this recipe 😊❤. I just need to know about the savoury yeast 😊.

    As a chef I could see where you were going with this… at first however I thought that what you had in the jug was cream and not flour then, I got it straight away.Thank you for this video.
    Another recipe for the base is - 1 cup of Greek yogurt and one cup of self raising flour just mix to a dough ,press or roll out add your toppings and bake on a tray in a hot oven for 10 - 12 minutes . All the very best from Scotland. Rab. 🎉

      I found with Greek yogurt and dough mixes it's best to cook the base for a little then add sauce and cheese ontop to melt.

      Thank you I Cook on TH-cam and was looking for a fast no rise pizza, that's how I got here, but now you reminded me of the yogurt dough everyone uses here in the USA for bagels, yes would make a great fast pizza.     For those wondering, the “instant yeast” used in this recipe is not yeast at all but a leavening agent. It looks to have baking powder in it and a couple other things. Here’s the ingredients: raising agents (disodium diphosphate (E 450i), sodium hydrogen carbonate (E 500ii)), corn starch, stabilizer (sodium, potassium and calcium salts of fatty acids (E 470a)

    Because of the question of what kind of levening powder, because diferent languages have different names and different countries have different products, I experimented...
    Last week I used baking powder and it was eatable but very dense.
    This time I used half a packet of dry bakers yeast. The brand is Fermipan and the packet has 11g which says is enough for 1 kg of flour. I think this or something similar is available in most European countries. It's the kind usually used to make bread from scratch with a bread maker machine. It is not exactly powder, more like very tiny granules. I probably could have used less but with all the weight of the toppings and not wanting to wait hours for it to rise I went with half= 5.5g.
    I mixed all the dry ingredients and then added the water and put it in a warm spot for 10min just to see if it would rise. I intended to give it a mix with the fork but then forgot and poured it directly into my greased and floured iron skillet. I put it back in the warm spot while I grated the cheese and chopped some veg and stuff for toppings. About 25/30 min.. . Then I made the pizza following her instructions. It was harder to spoon on the sauce because it fell through so that is better by very small spoonfuls. Baked 12 min. Added cheese and toppings and gave it a spritz of olive oil and baked another 12!13 min.
    IT WAS DELICIOUS ❤❤❤❤
    The crust was nice and fluffy with the edges nice and crispy. If you like thin crust pizza don't make this or try using half the recipe spread very thin.
    In a pinch this would even make a good bread to eat with garlic butter, mmmmm...
    So my verdict on the liquid pizza is... I am never going back to pre made frozen crusts or all the work and time of making a proper pizza dough crust. This is easy and delicious and makes no mess. Thanks for the recipe!

      Amiga, coloca no canal PlantLife, lá eles ensinam um mix de farinha sem gluten que você pode usar para substituir a farinha de trigo de outras receitas. Eu uso aqui em casa e amoooo. Experimente vc tb.

      Si perché in forno poi si attiva il lievito e cresce un po’! Poi essendo liquido risulta proprio nella soffice quasi impercettibilmente 😉👍 Grazieeee carissima Ele buona giornata ❤️

      @@paomos1139 Hola, es harina 0, en Italia no se encuentra 3 o 4 ceros, probá con la harina que tengas. La levadura sí, es seca instantánea, no es polvo para hornear. Saludos.

    The reason why real pizza dough gets better the longer it sits (some recipes call for three days) is not only the taste, but it’s also much easier to devour. I imagine this liquid pizza could sit very heavy in your stomach. But I am interested to try!

      Aqui no Brasil temos fermento biológico pra pães e pizzas da Fleischman Royal e da Dr Otker, vende em supermercado. Acho que estes serviriam.
