Aunty Anoma ,someone in the comments section has suggested that the parts where you cut the vegetables are not that important and to do the cutting chopping parts before you start recording. Please don't do so. Don't change anything in the procedure. Watching each and every step has given so much insight into how to cook the food properly. If you shorten it or only include the steps, it will become very difficult.There's so much videos in youtube that either include only the most relevant steps or is fast forwarded. Its very difficult to follow those kind of videos. Yours are very slow phase, relaxing ( mostly because of the way you talk )and very detailed.So its very easy to follow your videos. :)

Madam, we would also be very grateful to you if you can kindly add a list of ingredients onto your clips ( visual list of ingredients) before preparing it, so in a rush, before we can go to the shops, we can look at the list and note down all the ingredients needed for the recipe before we rush out to the shop!! Else we have to patiently go through most of the video clip before writing down a list, thereby we miss most of the ingredients that should be bought.
