PERFECT TIMING! I am literally sitting down to eat my breakfast with sautéed okra on the side. I had to toss aside four woody ones today to go to the compost bin. This breaks my heart because it’s been so freaking hot in Central Texas that even my okra has struggled this year and I’m just now getting pods. 🤦🏼♀️ I can’t wait to give this a try since it’s so hard to just toss them. thanks for new idea... my dogs love to chew on woody okra. It looks like it might act as doggy dental floss. Leaves quite a mess, but I don't mind cleaning up!

I just tried this and loved it. Thanks!! Just wish peeling them didn't take so long. Takes a bit to get a good amount of seeds
Awesome. Yes, peeling is time consuming. But once I got my technique down it went a lot faster.
