Hv lot of respect for the work she is doing. She is absolutely bang on when she talks about how pathetic it is to own intellectual property rights over seeds. Whatever we hv ever received is from Mother Nature. Had she decided to copyright everything and got into the mode of holding intellectual property rights, we, the human race would still be living in the caves. Our minds that are filled with infinite greed and meanness are the biggest cause of all catastrophes (from wars to climate change) on this planet. Forgetting that the planet has been there even when we didn’t inhabit it and will continue to be there if our species is ever wiped off its face (remember, the mighty dinosaurs, where are they), it is intelligent enough to go on even without us, it’s high time some common sense prevails and we realise we are time bound tenants who neither hv any authority nor any right to the resources of the planet. Use it judiciously with gratitude for we are bound to go back and merge with the 5 elements that hv benevolently loaned us a part of theirs.
