CHICKS ON THE RIVER | BIG A$$ CHALLENGE | CHICKEN LIPS

- I am at Chick's on the River in Quincy, IL with @scotteats and we are about to attempt their Big Ass Challenge. This challenge consists of 11lbs of food and includes 25 of their chicken lips coated in Buffalo sauce and a big ass ice cream pie for desert. There is a one hour time limit for this challenge and if we are successful we will get the meal for free, get a couple of T-shirts, and a $75 gift card. There are two locations and each only have one team that has been successful. The Macomb location with @RandySantel and @MagicMitch and the Quincy location with @DaGarbageDisposal and @YourManCody. We are hoping to become the 3rd team to finish and possibly even go for a record. Thank you to everyone at Chick's on the River for their kindness and hospitality and also keeping Amber's glass full for the duration of the challenge.

Probably so, we didn't weigh it out so we took them at their word. They were very tender. Not overcooked or anything like that. Only complaint...the ranch! Thank you for watching 🙏

Eli is the only one in the U.S that does not like Ranch. It beats out Ketchup as the preferred condiment. It was nice for the Owner/Manager to explain the rules you guys must go by. Nice win. Sounds delicious. Four for me, I would be done.
I'd say there are very few that don't like it. The chicken was really good though. Would have loved a bbq version of this as well!

Me and James got back from Kingsport Speedway it was a frickin disaster
Keith Helton won the race all the divisions had a awesome day except my favorite division Street Stocks, NASCAR Officials had called the Street Stocks ran 9 Laps out of 25 Laps
The drivers kept spinning crashing ramming wrecking and spinouts and I was so pissed off
Daniel McMurray won the race Rob Austin Finished 2nd and Jamie Meadows Finished 3rd

It was the worst Street Stock Race I had ever been in my life that GM Vernon Deal he is such a jerk and a jackass and a A******
He chased out of my buddies, my friends, my buddy flagman Zack Owen, and Chris and Karen Tunnell she was pissed off at Vernon

That challenge was saucier than my jokes after a night on the sauce. 16 oz of ranch is a lot of sauce.
And speaking of dressing, glad to hear you finally addressing the pineapple controversy. Pineapple is fine in pie and icecream pie, just not pizza pie 😜.

My great grand pappy used to rip the lips off his chickens while they were alive.. Then he would give them special feed and two weeks later their lips would be completely regrown.. He would rip the lips off of the same chicken three or four times before he harvested the whole bird.. At one point in time my Grand Pappy was the biggest chicken lip farmer in the Midwestern..
He was a trailblazer. A man ahead of his time. Today, we salute him with hearts full of gratitude 🙏
