@@MuruganS hey dude i just tried first step and it took forever to try and stop it, bounced back an error and says stopping now, no way to start it.
After doing all this things if it ddnt work out then do onething do the first step and then restart your pc and walla its on

HERE is a 100% fix *trust me it will work* , screw this video.
I just had this happen to me with the b550-a (WIFI) motherboard.
The following worked for me:
1. Turn off the PC.
2. Unplug power cable to PSU.
3. Hold power button for 30 seconds.
4. Plug power back into PSU.
5. Boot PC.
I read somewhere that it was a static electricity issue or something and by doing this it resets whatever is causing interference.
