@@austinreed7343 Hey, if Schezo really wants Arle, he could use his head by playing head games with the Dark Prince, then head him off at the pass after giving him a head start.
It's amazing that you don't have to fight Schezo's decapitated head in the MSX2 and Game Gear versions of Madou Monogatari 2.😄 Don't get me wrong, though, the PC98 version of the game is pretty dark and violent (especially when fighting Schezo's decapitated head), compared to the light-hearted and child-friendly tone of the MSX2 and Game Gear versions, if you ask me.😨
Ringo no, tecnically no, Puyo Puyo is a spin-off of Madou Monogatari, a game really different (and darker) from Puyo Puyo. When this game was made PP wasn't born
Dusty - What the guy above said, and HECK YEAH IT'S DARK It adds stuff to characters that seem to be completely innocent. You know that power-seeking boy that makes accidental innuendoes? Oh, he was sucked into a mirror during a school trip and gained unwanted immortality with dark magic and got his head chopped off while still surviving. And I LOVE THIS LORE
MSX and Game Gear versions: Lighthearted, not too dark
PC98 version: DECAPITATED SCHEZO HEAD BOSS FIGHT
Except the Game Gear version has a corpse that was completely drained by Schezo
Man, Schezo's voice is REALLY deep in the GG version.
And he's been wanting her (power) for 3 decades...
Seems that the MSX2 version has the earliest version of Arle’s voice. (Ice Storm is simply “Ice”)
It's time for some head puns! I'll go first.
Schezo should've just quit while he was a head.

Schezo’s running neck and neck with Kaoru.
@@austinreed7343 No, hold on, Schezo will be okay; he's got a good head off his shoulders.

This is headline news, where your cranium receives a lot of news headed straight to you.

@Masked Person Yeah, I'm pretty sure the whole "I want your power" thing is just a front to hide his crush on her.
Poor Schezo, he just wanted to steal his magic

one game you have to fight a guy's disembodied head and the other game all the characters look like hand puppets. amazing
Is this an actual Puyo Puyo game? It's kinda dark. ;w;

Yeah... don't look further into the PC-98 version if you value your sleeptime.
@@trevgauntletneu_gaming Where can I learn more about the PC-98 version? I'm very curious.
