Apalapan Nope. He loves Areiado apparently
It's the CPU. Ofc they gonna spam
@@SaturnMoon yeah, mostly because it's a powerful move T_T
In game gear it goes like this
Areiado, areiado special, sword till you bring his health down and then just areiado special forever till you defeat him
3:20 "madou monogatari is a children's game" they said
Im sure no one has said that
All pc-98 games aren’t for kids
@@TomatoSus some of them were, but not really
Btw this only happens in the pc version
In other verisons arle just defeats schezo and not decaptate him
Yeah, and in the Game Gear version, you fight Schezo again and again in the next dungeon
I'm new to the puyo Community and the last thing I seen in this video is Schezo head cut off.
*What world do we live in*
@Salt and Lemons yeah. I was the one person who always said Hi.

this game is morbid jesus christ
still ship Arle and Schezo lmao
Same. Although Schezo should've just quit while he was...a head. But he had a good head off his shoulders. He could have used his head better though...man, so many head puns I could make.
He could have stolen Arle's body.

BOOM, HEADSHOT!
Omg... I Finally Realized There was a dark side on puyo puyo...
Kinda want to ask Arle and the others about their morbid past and watch them uncomfortably laugh and try to explain how things changed so dramatically
Vanilla the Vampire Bunny Lol you have a point...
Vanilla the Vampire Bunny After Satan recreated the world, I’m guessing he deleted those dark parts.
@@theobserver4214 is that actually a part of the story?
Vanilla the Vampire Bunny It’s explained in the Shin Madou timeline
I'm not gonna lie, but the part where Schezo got decapitated is pretty dark (especially when blood is involved), don't you think?😰
Schezo should have just quit while he was _a head._
C'mon, stop typing under everyone's comments. We know you ship Arle and Schezo
@@mortenera4423 I don't ship Arle and Schezo...
@@SaturnMoon Okay?
that is... gruesome
I....I cant look at Schezo the same.....

so no head?

doesn't he release the flood afterwards or something
So schezo invented the dab and the mami head jokes

What the fuck, the decapitated head talking and attacking would have fucking terrified me as a child.
PC98 was marketed towards adults so children wouldn't stumble across things like this.
But hey it's the internet age now so this game can unleash it's true power of child tormenting
For some reason this reminds me of Giten Megami Tensei
I mean, dungeon crawler on the PC-98?
ウィザードリーとぷよぷよを混ぜると魔導物語になるのだな。
Was schezo bleeding in that thumbnail???
Is it too violent for childrens?
carsfan360 No such thing as children’s game on PC98
98% (heh) is Porn, and the rest are violent.
Since adults used the PC98 as a spreadsheet machine in the office, many games were adult themed.
Blank Blank this game's pretty much the outlier of the series. It's aesthetic is more morbid than the following games. Seems that they rebooted the MSX's more cutesy look to accommodate to the audience of the PC98
And then they went back to cutesy for the Game Gear ports
@@theobserver4214 bruh...
Pc-98 has nothing to do with any children games like this one and from what I saw in this video it wasn’t made for children.

i did say the pc98 games were the worse right? well this is why. The M rated feel for the games feels unneeded with the blood and minor gore, and really forced in this version comapred to how other versions handled it. Even the character designs have been butchered with some characters.
I know this is literally an old comment, but...
Is it possible to find this game somewhere, maybe translated in english?
marco hueber nope.
You’ll need to learn how to read Japanese
@@theobserver4214 Aww... I can't T_T
@@marcohueber5130 Just the Game Gear port was fan-translated, but it's rather toned down. No beheadings and such!
Thing is, they have the best Ost and Game gear games games change the plot even more
You wanna know something equally messed up about this whole thing too?
Arle was only 4 in this game. A 4 year old decapitated someone in a tower filled with monsters that can be killed in equally gruesome ways. I hope that Arle got therapy while Compile was working on Puyo Puyo because the girl needed it.
actually she's 16 in this game! this is madou 2.
she was around 4 - 6 in madou 1, with the magic tower.
(not that her being older doesn't make it any less traumatizing...lol)
Oh whoops I got my games mixed up! Thank you for the clarification!
She probably did, and eventually overcame her trauma in Puyo Puyo
Idc how anime this is, that ain't no 4 year old
