    Barbell curl saves more time. Its one of the most iconic gym exercises that pretty much everyone can do. exercises like tricep overhead press are dangerous you should mention that. If some has no gym barbell or dumbbell they can for chin ups and close grip push ups. And what about shoulders and forearms. This is incomplete bro you should also include that 😊
