    Just to let you know blood tests with the doctor will often class you as in the normal range for things like iron when in actual fact you can be on the very low side of what they deem as normal when in actual fact your iron should really be higher x

    Great video 😊. Have you tried taking your hayfever tablet at night instead? Sometimes they can make you tired 😞

      Sometimes I do. The ones I take in the morning are non-drowsy ones but when my hayfever is bad, I’ll take a Piriton at night x
