SOTF is Switch onto Fault, this protection operates, when breaker will close and the fault is persisting is the line, SOTF will give immediate trip command to breaker. STUB protection is used when single line is supplied by two circuit breaker.

LBB initiation starts after Lockout is operated,

What's zone 4 fault
Zone4 is a reverse protection, that is operates when fault happen opposite to CT of particular Line.

Your explanation about why zone 1 is kept 80% is wrong.please correct it.
The reason is CT,PT, CB and Relay error(5%each).
Right, this is also one of the reason for keeping 80% in zone1
