“Clem” was Andor’s adopted father/Maarva’s husband - and also the fake name he uses during the heist, for reasons that never get explained (but a lot of people think it was Cassian signaling he didn’t want to get involved in the Rebellion since Clem’s attitude was to lie low and let the Empire leave). I was always really touched by Cassian’s loving relationship with both Maarva and Clem, they clearly all loved each other and were a true family.

"Smile." Some people say that we get too many Mothma conversations about the same thing, I disagree. It's different aspects of the same thing, and goes to show how far she is being buried. Her plot is definitely a slow burn that will probably have great payoff in season 2. The Bix conversation feels so real, you can see how she cares, but is also hurt at the same time. Also I love the line "Thesis please." I don't know why lol. Can we get a Serkis led series about Kino's background? Could make him a real fire starter that gets beaten down and just wants to get back to his family or something, then Andor brings that fire back. "never more than twelve." Or just a Serkis led show in general? I always took it that they were supposed to send the man to another prison, like the mines or something. "The worst thing you can do is bore me." "I suppose not *eye twitch*." Dedra is the most intimidating character to come out of Star Wars since Vader and Tarkin, makes Moff Gideon look like an angry toddler.
