Repainting My WRX STi Hood Scoop

The paint really starts to see wear after being destroyed by the sun for more than 20 years.
In this case, I'm focusing on the hood scoop and saving it from it's lowly state. The one that I've had was off a Japanese STi and was in rough condition. But nothing a little but of effort can't fix!
