I love when Rob tries to patronise David and/or Lee and ends up with egg on his face, I truly madly deeply do!
I see what you did there😂
Oh yeah? Then why did you tell me just last week that you didn't love it when Rob tries to patronize David and/or Lee and ends up with egg on his face?
What a fantastic pun! Kudos.
Neil waving goodbye to Chris was one of the funniest endings they could've had to this.
Was about to comment the same 😅😅
I had to walk off a number of times due lee swearing when he heard I was scouse. It was covid and i had to walk behind a fake wall, they cut me shouting later mate
I love the wave to the blind guy at the end xD
Bobby my thoughts exactly lol
I was just about to mention this as well!
@@dougdougw same lol
tbf it could've been to the audience
He's not blind FFS 😂
"And who were you seeing?"
Nobody, Rob. Chris wasn't seeing anyone.
I'm surprised Chris didn't make that joke himself.
Why did he wave at Chris on his way off the stage? 😂😂😂😂
Why do you think? 🤔Oh, right!
That was my comment 🤥😂😂😂😂😂😂
My 2 cents worth.
1 I believe, subject to correction, Chris is/was not totally blind. He could see shadows, so a wave would have been recognizable 2.Since they have known each other from childhood it is still instinctive for him to relate to Chris as he has known him for that many years rather than the Chris he has recently known. Hope that makes sense.
@@MaximumDivine Thanks. I have known him since birth ( I am two days older :). Our parents were friends. Plus I did actually say later pal. Usually you would walk across the front, and shake hands, but COVID
@@neilchurchill6494 wow I can't believe I caught a fresh response on an older clip..!! Really loved this segment- I don't know how you remained so stoic!! You and Chris seem like such awesome dudes! Much love :)
it was very gracious of maisie to assume that davids fictional encounter happened while he was a child, because I did not think that for a second. I mean, obviously the story is completely made up, but I certainly imagined a scenario where david, as a fully grown man, got on some other mans shoulders to look at a bird.
I thought it was Chris because of how readily he proclaimed that Chris Cornell was the artist he went to see...It could also be because I read years ago that he was a fan of Soungarden.
But does he like Savage Garden?
4:07 Rob's face 😂
5:55 Lee should have said : I if it was attached to a full size harley davidson ? Yes ! 😂😂
I love david, but can anyone actually see him sitting on a strangers shoulders for any reason
Not in a million years
I can imagine him doing it for a comedy show to make an audience laugh. That's the only reason that would be plausible to me.
Yes, if Victoria asked him too.
Yes. On Victoria's. 🤣
@slake9727 yes, if Victoria asked him too would be just about the only way he would. :)
Why does Rob always ask “where do you want to start?”
IT ALWAYS STARTS WITH THE FIRST PERSON THAT GAVE THEIR STORY!!!
I think it makes the whole thing feel more relaxed, rather than saying "alright Lee, start by questioning Laura"
@@asherloat8570 They don’t have to say where to start at all. He can just say something like, “Ok Lee’s team, take it away.”
in some very early seasons, they would sometimes start with whoever's story seemed craziest from the intro. Later on, they settled into always the first person.....
Pushing someone in water and then emailing instead of immediately apologising in person
I thought I was straight, but I'm pretty sure Neil just awakened something in me.
Ha ha my wife may be pissed
do they have chaffinches in Cornwall?
3:47 seeing / watching
Jesus Rob
Savage Garden was never the same without Chris Cornell.
Neil's pretty fit
Why thank you lol
@@neilchurchill6494 OMG is it really you lol
@@emercycrite In the flesh
Very obviously it was Chris' mate. I don't think it's ever been true in this round when someone says they've had an argument with the guests or that things are awkward or tense between them or anything like that. Besides which, no man is going to be angry at a beautiful young woman in that scenario.
Why are they sat so far apart
Corona virus.
It was covid, hence why i had to walk behind a fake wall
@@neilchurchill6494 was? When was this filmed

Neil is a very handsome guy, but can we all agree that men shouldn't wear skinny jeans?
Lol, you are not wrong. I am 6' 7", so eveything looks shit on me
On the contrary, I think Neil looks great
That exchange between lee and chris about recognition when you can’t see is a Great example of the blind spots people have about the disabled experience - and how we unconsciously preference the sense of sight, hence ‘blind spot’.
