The manticore is said to have a head of a man, body of a lion, wings of a dragon and the tail of a scorpion
The catch is seeming to be in the right in time parrying and maintaining position beneath the belly. Also, you can counter the blue bomb (globe-lightning) with the swords while in the air jumping out from the gates. Sargon is pretty much apt of jumping at the head of the Jahndar and hit him from above. Yet the boss is overly tough IMHO.
I’m deeply ashamed that I can’t beat this early boss on normal difficulty
I even beat him on hard, on hero difficulty. He's not difficult, you just have to parry at the right moment and always use your power punch when it's full. That does immense damage.
Some of the regular enemies are more of a challenge compared to this 😅
