Kind of hilarious how easy he becomes once you get the simple tip "don't push him", he is trivial once you let him approach you.
I was struggling because I figured an archer wouldn't come to me on his own terms, he's very tricky if you try to chase him at all.

I beat him despite the repeated fails at trying to parry his punch. No heals is impressive, I definitely used a few.
Thanks Mark! Did the trick of not having him blink for the punch not work? It becomes predictable when he just comes from the front with the punch

In use a dimensional claw for the gold arrows to shoot him with whenever I need to strategically. The second set usually misses you. For the first phase, I actually use the teleport trick. When you approach him he always moves in the opposite direction and close to the center of the ring, so if you constantly place a clone there, you end up right behind him when he shoots a red arrow beam.
Thanks for the inputs Jeff! He basically always tries to distance himself and if you have an image on the other side, you can teleport and swing him in the air to get a few good hits in. Just liked this strategy better to make it easy for folks having an issue.

Why do I always forget Sargon can parry? The yellow arrows gave me the most trouble.
Something to note: If you’re not standing at the end of the arena when Menolias runs at you after throwing his Chakrum, he will start to bait your parry once he catches on to your strategy and performs a whiff punish on Sargon from the rear. Standing at the edge of the arena does not give him the space to perform that maneuver. It’s a cool AI mechanic on Ubisoft’s part.
Lol! Parry is really helpful in certain situations of course! And I do mention the exact same thing in my guide about positioning for his melee attack 😀

hah, i was actually gonna do it this way but i got so stubborn that a beat it the old fashion way..but subseqeunt playthroughs, Im definitely doing it this way..excellent strategy

You can also kinda break this fight for the first phase. Get him near the wall of the fight zone then slash him into the air and repeat until he does a power attack. Then just repeat that until phase 2.
I agree! Just need to put an image at your current position, chase after him once and make him go near it and then teleport to catch him from behind to lift him off to get that combo going. This just seemed easier to get it done 😀

When he comes towards you, you can just jump, he will move away, give himself time to think
The red arrows you can also only crouch on.

I did this fairly easily without the amulet. He doesn’t have many attacks and they are easy to dodge.

Yes! I definitely agree that everyone of them had a learning curve but I liked the game because of the souls-like vibes.
How can i use void blade?
Void blade is used through an amulet if you have it 😀
Except i cant shoot a wave across the screen ...
Not necessary. I describe the way to deal with him even if you don't have the void amulet.
