Good high mileage week Ben, but I’d certainly have an easier week coming up very soon, it’s at those distances that injuries appear. The hiking will be good training for Adam, the bigger the hills the better 👍 Great work with the continued charity raising Ben 👏

Again great sessions Ben , the consistancy pays off . As someone that is Injured I can empethize with trying to maintain Aerobic fitness while resting the injured area's
