Well done mate another week in the bag!! I think your family holiday came at just the right time with the way you're talking. Some aches and that burnout feeling setting in. Hope you enjoyed your holiday buddy. Well deserved. Onto the next week now!
You're right Stephen it was well timed. Still struggling a little bit following on from it but it was nice to have a break. Thanks for checking out the vid bud! 😎🤘
Hey there, Ben! Your run through the Greensand Way looked epic, especially that Devil’s Punchbowl view, huh, what a spot! You’re really crushing this training and managing to have fun with it, despite the weather and the little mishaps. Keep up the amazing work and enjoy that well-deserved holiday with the family!
That's another smashing week. Ben your consistencyand milage is insane. Back to back long runs to kick off the week. I hope Theo is staying in his own bed now. 🙈 Well done!
Nice one mate, another great training week. That's pretty cool you can see Black down from that part of the Greensand Way. I've only been there once but apparently the biggest hill on the South Downs so good for hill reps! Good to see how you're prepping for the Greensand Way adventure and getting a lot of reccies in. Have a good holiday with the family ⛱️😀
Cheers Ben! I think I have run past black down on a few occasions but I haven't ever run over it. I have heard it's pretty tough. Thanks for checking out the video mate. I hope you and Carla are both recovering after the Alps. 😎🤘
Nice - I recognise quite a lot of the Greensand Way route to Hindhead. Recall that very narrow gate is just up (literally) from Brook where Dog & Pheasant pub is which is a good watering hole. Lot of mud on heels risk I see. Handy to have white GTX shoes for this me thinks!
That is bang on where that gate is Tim! You're a local knowledge legend. 👌It's always handy to have a white trail shoe in the arsenal for those muddy days. 😎🤘
I never like that horrible sinking feeling you get when you realise your alarm didn't go off!
Solid training week anyway mate. Nicely done! 💪🏃♂️
It was a real life ruined Mark 🤣 glad I managed to pick up the pieces though. 🤣👍
Ben, kudos on another massive week of training and cumulative fatigue is real! Thanks for inspiring us to push hard. Enjoy your family vacation.
Cheers for the kind comments as always Reto! I hope you're well buddy! 😎🤘
