I think there was a window that if Heidi had genuinely apologized and admitted to what happened Lauren would have been okay with her. Not close, but she kept denying it and didn’t hold herself accountable at all and that’s what I think ended it for Lauren. Spencer was a certain way, but Heidi loved him. It is rare at the age to stay with someone and I’m sure Lauren didn’t think their relationship was going to work. She meant well to be protective as a friend, but Heidi proved to Lauren that she couldn’t be trusted and there was no genuine apology and until this day... it’s skipped over.

For the Heidi and Lauren comments, let's also remember Heidi did multiple shady things such as, hook Brody up with Jen Bunny, when she knew Lauren was dealing with him. She was intentionally conniving. There were other things she did, but pretends to have done nothing. She wanted the friendship without having to be a true friend.

Oh Heidi, it’s been over 10 years we know spencer and Perez Hilton fulled the rumor. Spencer wrote blogs on his own body shaming Lauren. You stood by wether u did it or not, by saying nothing your an accomplice. By you doing nothing is just as wrong.
She also giggled about it on camera a couple times, and made a snarky joke about the rumour to Lauren and Jason when they saw them at a restaurant once. Also- I can't remember when, but at some point she made a comment implying Lauren had made a sex tape (something like: "I don't even care what she does with her boyfriend " in a context that made it sound like she was confirming the existence of a sex tape.)
I can only imagine that off camera she was even more vicious in spreading the rumour, and gloating even more obviously.

Lauren if she wishes to return to Reality TV I know it’d be on her own terms and conditions she was living proof you don’t need drama to make a decent Reality show cause she never started drama of talked behind others backs and spoke truth to peoples faces and most importantly never started rumors about anyone.

Heidi wasn’t a kid she was a grown adult when the original hills ended. She messed up her friendship with Lauren, cut her own mom out of her life for a few years, almost died getting so much surgery, etc she knew what she was doing and she just wanted fame it just didn’t last for her
