I loved this episode and hearing you all be so honest about like the fact that you were all on a show and just understood the assignment that you were there to make entertaining tv and sometimes that means being the villain or bringing the drama or both! It was refreshing to hear the truth.💜
But when he bad mouth & talk about LC, he acts like they all faked it to make a good show. And he & Heidi wld talk about it prior. So why is it LC “didn’t understand the assignment”! Why didn’t they talk to her their plan? Bc he obviously can’t stand her to this day. He talked about this earlier this year too. Kinda disappointing hearing the way he, Heidi, Jenn Bunny & even Audrina talked about LC! It’s was technically her show & based around her life. LC already felt like she was being used as a friend & has a hard time trusting people as friends, scared they just wanted to be on the show. So hearing them talk about her like this, like she was just left in the dark, it seems like they really did use her & they were never her true friend. If anything, they get should be grateful for her & understand she’s the reason they are where they are now. Don’t get me wrong, I want to like him bc here, he seems cool. I just feel bad for LC & how most her old cast mates are bashing her.

Little kids having FOMO and trouble sleeping at night is the earliest sign of them having ADHD. Growing up i nvr wanted to go to sleep, and was a nightmare trying to wake up for school in the morning. There were many other signs too that my parents missed, being ignorant to what ADHD was. But i just wanted to put that out there for awareness

Everything spencer mentioned as like struggling with can be resolved by lifting weights. Weight gain, back problems, being tired and old. Weights hare the most efficiently physically, spiritually and mentally healing thing. Your eye contact improves, your facial muscles lift, your energy goes up, HGH hormone elevates if you fast intermittently. If you life weights you can keep your wine and baguette but for the sake of recovery prioritizing protein becomes fun. It's the missing key for him. Anyway I really really like these two, they're very refreshing. I think heavy weights would help Spencer relax and shine more.
