I got gallbladder stones after doing intermittent fasting. my water intake was less. that's the reason. so please take care if that if anyone is going for intermittent fasting
This year I started withswan somvaar vrat and tried my best to not eat anything but had couple of banana through 24 hours.... after 2 Mondays I noticed my appetite reduced a bit and crazy hungry feeling or craving for evening snack reduced slowly.

Great information sir,,,I have been in intermittent fasting 16:8 for the last 1 year, can I go for workout during my fasting hours for building muscle, if I eat my first meal after 5 hours post workout, will there be any problem kindly suggest sir
I want to ask one thing Luke I am following intermittent fasting for 14 hrs it's working good for me and throughout the day I am active, there is absolutely no junk food in my diet but I am facing acne issue I really don't know why I don't have any stress I am 42yrs old and am home maker pls pls pls suggest me something to get rid of it pls
Thank you Luke You are so right. I tried 16 hour fast for some time and I did not like it. 14 hours was as bad done every day. I realised the best for me is a 24 hour dry fast dinner to dinner. If I drink water I can t fast. While dry fasting for 24 hours I feel it is working on me at 16 hours mark. I feel like some kind of repair is taking place in my liver and parts of the body hurting me. I never went fasting more than 25 hours but after my upcoming holiday I will try drinking only water after 24 hours. When you fast you feel blessings also. Amazing feeling ! I want to try doing this 24 hour dry fast each week just to keep healthy. Thank you God bless you ! 🙏🙏🙏

Avoid artificial sugar.
I stopped refined sugar 1year back so no sugar or sugary food
