Not sure why the driver had to do that but I think we can agree that is dangerous driving.

LTA - Rules and Code of Conduct (3): Always ride as close as practicable to the far left edge of roads, and allow traffic to overtake you safely.
LTA can come up with 1001 rules & conduct for cyclist, but is LTA enforcing it???

Roadie just being an a-hole. That east coast service road is always being hogged by them. When opportunity comes, let the vehicles overtake you since you already hog all the way before that. This goes the same at Jalan Bahar to Lim Chu Kang road to Neo Tew. I’m a cyclist too but the way these high SES roadies ride creates HATRED towards all other cyclists, including those considerate and law abiding ones.

today we have an example of what is the wrong interpretation of hogging the lane where a slower moving bicycle is used as a comparison and a car moving at a reasonable speed on the left slower lane with road humps and vehicles parked on road side. If one can nterprete this as hogging, then this person shouldn't be on the roads to keep everyone else safe.

It’s not that he cut in front of the cyclist, it’s the dangerous way he did it. There is no need to drive in an intimidating way, just overtake safely and keep going on with your day.
Irrelevant, driver was never in danger no matter what the cyclist did, now got video of the BMW harassing the cyclist. In the eyes of the law, it would be easy to get the driver charged.

I don't think the BMW had any issue with the cyclist, but the cyclist is too sensitive and thinks everything is about him? For me it looks like the BMW wanted to overtake the cyclist but camcar is driving slowly on the lane 1 so he speed up to overtake the cyclist on lane 2, but then noticed the hump so he needed to brake. Then there is another hump and he can't speed up and there are vehicles parked at the side of the road so he wanted to change lane 1 again.
Why cyclist so sensitive, the car only caused you to slow down a little bit and you road rage, how many cars slow down because of cyclist on the road.
Dangerous overtaking, next time you try overtaking another vehicle within inches of clearance & then see how they will react.

Cyclist should consider the situation, driver is driving a 2 ton metal machine, he should approach it tactically, bide his time and wait for an opportunity, like built up traffic.
It seems to me that cam car is the problem here. Awfully slow, at cycling pace, while BMW is impatiently trying to overtake from the left, but the cyclist is in the way, followed by a bunch of heavy vehicles parked to the side.
