The way you move through a home is great. It’s smooth, you don’t make us dizzy jerking the camera up and down and your voice is calm. You make it about the homes. The camera lens (is it wide angle?) distorts the rooms a bit. You are definitely the gold standard of how to present a home.

They are all in the Orlando area, I think.
Most of these homes are located in the Kissimmee / Davenport area.

Hey Denise, I always advise buyers to offer over the asking price, being that this market is so competitive and all these home receive multiple offers.
I like the Davenport area so far. Are they selling pool homes in that area under 400k that are not always with an HOA?
Most will have an HOA of some sorts.
Are any of those houses still for sale?
Are they close to attractions? If yes . It’s will be good for and investment ?

#1 Ceilings are too darn low. Claustrophobia!!! The rooms are also too small, because I need a King size bed!!!
Those all look too good to be true. Any homes like that near me, would be in a bidding war already. There would be no time to see them on video, realtor sign would not even get up in the yard.
