Hey everyone in todays video I show you a bunch of mansions that for one reason or another are very cheap! These mansions could need some work, have some weird restrictions or could just be in a more remote area, but either way these huge homes have all been listed under $500,000. These houses are anything over 5,000 square foot and some of them are on 1 acre or some are on 20 acres. Not al homes sell so easily so let's go ahead and see why these mansions cannot find a buyer.

Buying a big home cheaply sounds good… but then you have to pay for heating/cooling and maintenance of the house. And don’t forget property taxes… I’ve had a few homes that were over 7,000 sq feet. And I can tell you that the cost of home ownership goes up with the size of the home. Significantly. Just sayin’…
Thank you for your thoughts my dear, I knew you will be paying something extra for taking ownership of these homes, there are huge hidden cost after you buy these homes.

I live in Aurora, Colorado and I would dearly love to hear where that house you show is located. My tiny 2,000 square foot house is valued at over $600,000. and I would trade in a minute for the one you show! This can't be for real!

Do you have any kind of links to sale info of the houses you show, I have looked for several of them on Zillow but have never found any that I went looking for, like the one in Katy Texas, I was unable to find anything close to what you showed here.
I'm not looking to move right now but in 13 to 18 months it is very possible and my brother and sister-in-law may be looking even sooner.
I guess I'm just looking for how I go about finding the homes you list.

Hey Kyle! I was just looking in Las Vegas, Nv. and Palm Springs, Ca. at new homes and your site came up and I was looking at the one in Katy, Texas. Wow! I live in California and the houses you shown would be 2 to 5 million out here especially by the beach. Love the Mansions you shown. Thanks!

LA is filled with empty mansions. Someone will make a cool doc one day. Some have been sitting brand new for years
They should reduce the asking price.

Usually when they sell houses so cheap there’s paranormal activity going on. Houses this beautiful should not be on the market anymore. Is it a bad area? Someone should’ve bought it already. Yes it’s too good to be true. 🤔
Maybe if you are looking at old builds ghosties might be a consideration. Unfortunately for several of these homes the price is related to their condition as "McMansions". So yeah, there is marble, hardwood, oak paneling, etc. But all of those things are less than prime. Much thinner than older builds where the homes were meant to last 100 years.
They do look good but gotta remember you get what you pay for.

These homes are beautiful I thank you for posting them and many others. I am Australian and our value for dollars
is a disgrace how expensive anywhere is here, if you get something a little cheaper it is in a flood zone and won't
last long , insurances are very expensive . Compared to what I seen living in a tent bom car is the only value you
will get here. Only a few homes equal the quality with multiply million dollar price tag. A very basic home is the same
price or double if which ever you go exchange rate or talk dollars. Rent is robbery and not everyone here earns a

Property taxes are based on sale price in my state. I love the baths in some, the kitchens in others. Sadly, I don’t love both in the same house. I think I will stay in my home.

The idea of owning a very large home is wonderful. That is until you realise the time involved in cleaning and maintaining it. You can pay someone to do those things but of course that is added cost and you have to have someone come into your space and see your stuff. I much prefer a home that I can manage to clean and mostly maintain myself. As I get older I don’t want to depend on others. Also after watching abandoned properties and hoarder homes, it’s disappointing to know how wasteful we as humans are. Nobody wants our ‘stuff’ when we die and most will be left to be reclaimed by nature or will go to landfill. Small and comfortable with just the things I need and value is enough.

How do I find the address for these properties?
By most metrics (poverty, pollution, public health, public education, citizen rights, etc) most of these are the very worst states in the country, so it's not surprising that you can get a cheaply built mcmansion for relatively cheap. The taxes and the cost of maintaining one of these poorly built houses will be astronomical. Not worth it!
I was thinking McMansion, too, and that I would rather live in a tiny house in a better state than a mansion in some shithole state.
Are there houses like these in Washington state or Idaho?
Are these listings current because these prices are not even close to reality nor is the median prices he mentions of the areas.

I just don't understand why there would be carpet in any of these homes. The prices are low, but I would prefer not to have to rip out a bunch of carpet and install hardwood before zi could move in.

If banked owned there may be Back taxes and so on.... then there's the fact I can't even afford a 4K dollars car so .. these prices are still out of reach for me.... LOL

Given the fact that I heard him mention Atlanta when he was talking about the mansion, I believe at least the labeling ran off track of the narrative. Because in North Georgia, in Cherokee County, there is a Canton near Woodstock - same county.

Once the Stock Market Crashes the mansions will be a lot cheaper interest rates will rise to 12% to 20%. I will buy a mansion or build a log cabin with a huge fire place on a lot of land.

The Indiana mansion $500,000 and leaves room to budget in renovations?? Yeah, the average person couldn't afford any of these. While it's sort of fun to look at them, none are practical for us "average" folks!

I can't comment on most of the homes you showed in this video except the one in Aurora Colorado. This is a lie and there is no way that house could be offered for that price. I just sold a 900 sf house in Aurora for $418,000 and believe me it was a dump. The house you showed can not be bought for less than $900,000 or more.
Hey , my brother I am looking for ur home on the log cabin manchin the last one u put out was ur doing the deck don't think I seen the turnout .I like u to have us tour the home with u . Show us the basement don't think I seen it finished out what u will do to the other buildings or if ur going to have ur brother and u build homes on the place I would really like that and u could have a spin off working at building the homes and if there is something new in the log cabin home u can to one of them miss u and ur lob cabin home
