Really good album. Never got the airplay it deserved. Fran was/is a great singer with an incredible range. And he's a really good songwriter. Way back in the day he was in a band called Celebration. His brother played the drums and was also a very good singer. Fran and Bruce, who also had a great voice, had a duo of the same name for a bit. Just before Orion formed. Guitar, bass, drum machine. They were an awesome duo.
Barry Goudreau is so underrated. He is a amazing guitarist and a big part of Boston. I miss him and Brad Delp together. This is very good as well. Dont really remember this group much, but this sounds very good.
This my cousin Nancey Favorite group also Song 🎵 in 1986 she played on music videos it came on at her parents house tv and she owns a 1986 Honda 650 one in Blue color also second owner but has 2010 Harley Davidson black and pink nickname Seckletor to had since new! In 2005 heard on my car radio to it was so cool and turn up loud LOL! I saw Oroion on General Hospital TV show in 2023 to 2024 years surprises me never changed his looks !
Met Goodreau and Delp at an RTZ lp signing at Tower records. Two really nice dudes. Talked to everyone and signed every dang copy of Boston's 1st lp put in front of them. And a couple of RTZ lps for good measure. Tiny guys tho lol.
It’s completely bizarre to see this in HD forty years after it first appeared on MTV. I both like it and hate it at the same time. It’s an interesting period piece for me as it represents a ‘coming of age’ time for me as I turned 18 in the summer of 84. However the song writing, especially the lyrics are sub-par compared to Goudreau’s work with Boston (and his cheesy mustache & mullet 😆). But his lead solo and playing is spot on and the strongest part of the song. IMHO
Guess I'm the only one liking this forgotten song in 2022.
No, you're not.
You're not alone, haha.
Nope one of my favorite songs
No sir, you are not alone.
I've known this song for quite some time now. It's a really cool song. I do have the disk of "Orion The Hunter". It was released back in 1984.
Most underrated overlooked classic rock hit.
This song was so good on the radio when it came out in 1984, I bought it on cassette at the record store. I still have it today… 39 years later
Me too. Along with the lp and 3 CD versions. 😊
..2024 and still stands the test of time 🔈🔉🔊🎶
100%!!!!!

great album high school graduation 1984
This entire album/cd is a great, all the songs rock.
Was just about to type the same thing!
I don't know if people realize that Brad Delp did all the backup vocals for this album. Too bad he couldn't have made an appearance in the video.
One of my favorite songs of the 80's. A gem! Lead singer has a great voice.
This is still great music, miss it so much

I remember this when I was in 11th grade 😊
Barry is a great actor in this!
Found this gem of an album in the PX of the Heidelberg base I was stationed in Germany during 84 and 85. Definitely wore out that piece of vinyl.

Baby, I wonder who you’re with tonight
Barry spent the rest of the morning cleaning up the mess he made during his tantrum.
Boy that glass had to be a mess. Probably still pieces laying around that kitchen 40 years later
loved this song---BTW is this guy lead singer of OPUS also?
No. Here we have Fran Cosmo who fronted Boston for several years.
poor audio quality great song tho...
Barry's solo effort was awesome but unfortunately Orion the hunter came and went
Nice video restoration! Wasn’t this good originally. ❤
Yeah, except half the time Barry's face looks like he has a ton of pink and orange makeup on LOL
Nope 2024
I second that ,song kicks ass bostonish powerful

Helped write it, too.
