She always wanted to eat at your Restaurant, but in these final years, her health did not allow for it. Momma Answered the call to her eternal rest on 2/20/24. I just wanted to thank you for the joy you brought to her life and the memories I have watching you with her on Public Television. Bless you

I made this for my mom's birthday last year. It was epic, everyone loved it. Top tip, put the meat in the freezer for 20-30 min to make it easier to slice.

We love cabbage. Do you think Napa cabbage would work as well or would it be overcooked? We love carrots too and would probably add a few of those. Mille grazie per questa nuova ricetta.
