I love baked ziti it makes me want to make some one day with my own way with hamburger, sauce, different kinds of cheese. ziti noodles, basil in layers and garlic bread and salad on the side then it would be just perfect yum 😋
Baked ziti in my house was always a big hit, I'd always go for the corner pieces. Corner pieces were the best, I think most people prefer the corner pieces over the side and middle pieces.

I didn’t know you could mix it all together on the baked ziti. I use same ingredients but I layer it like a lasagna. I do add a layer of sweet Italian sausage and baked breaded eggplant. It’s a big hit on my holiday table or for a covered dish at a work luncheon. Next I will make the stuff shells. They are so yummy. The Mac and cheese I like because there is no rue. Putting the cheeses in milk to thicken is genius. Thank you.

I love the easy way she does the baked ziti by throwing the ricotta in with the warm sauce first. Just don't have the sauce too hot. Disintegrating cheese is disappointing.

Now looking at your programs , you create food that is more than just pasta or tomato sauce. So why not make a book with recipes of Italian food that is not just pasta or tomato sauce. OKAY
