Zhiyun smooth x gimbal stabilizer

This is the Zhiyun Smooth x gimble, which is specifically for a smartphone. It is not only gimble. It is also a selfie stick.
Obviously, It is not a professional videographer tool, but it is an excellent tool to use for behind the scene on a gig, especially if you are by yourself.
As well, it is a lot of fun to use when you are not at work, like traveling with the family, for example

I tried everything to connect it to my iPhone. I tried also 3 different phone and still searching. I tried reset, nothing. On and off, nothing. I already have a week with it.
