Man, 27 days in and I'm just now finding this Uncut series. I've been looking forward to you doing something like this ever since the Train Like Zane series disappeared. You do a great job of explaining the little details of each lift, and demonstrating and explaining the stretches in between. Thank you James!
When you do a "Leg Workout" I noticed there wasn't much emphasis of hamstrings. Do you do that separately? No leg curls, stiff leg deadlifts/hip hinge/etc?
Previous week was more hamstring focused. Each week switching it up slightly. Previous workouts have included various hip hinge movements, including RDL's, glute bridges, supine curls in combination with a bridge, etc, etc
@@fredgardner2870 this was a more quad focused workout but the first exercise I did will light your hamstrings and glutes on fire. With that said every squatting or lunging movement that involves movement at the hip is also going to work hamstrings and glutes
