I love the way Jim’ instructs Andy how to flirt with Pam (by suggesting he do everything that she actually hates) and in the process turns Andy’s ridiculous performance into an inside joke reinforcing the intimacy of Jim and Pam’s connection.

I've seen every episode many times... except Scott's Tots. I don't think I even made it through once. There's funny cringe, like the disastrous dinner party, and then there's true pain, like Scott's Tots.

Concussion Dwight and Pam was the best and most genuine flirting to me, very wholesome. Many of their great interactions were not showcased, as it wasn't flirting, but seeing the creepers made me appreciate the wholesomeness of Pam and Dwight.
As a viewer, I appreciate this dynamic. As Pam gets bugged, I truly love seeing Dwight and Pam.

The 6:10 was so OTT yet so relatable. Everyone has done something so embarrassing they'd want to become invisible or sink into the ground. Toby laying his hand on Pam's leg is just next level, and him vaulting the fence makes total sense.
