    James, what is the size of the rubber grips that you are using, if you don’t mind me asking? The reason I’m asking is, because I have a set of the original Fat Gripz, but where the slit is in them, it’s to thin to get a band though them.

    Hi James I have the J handles for the resistance bands it is good for it when I'm using it with a medium band I feel it takes a little portion of tension than when im not using the J handles it feels all the tension 😂

    How does that not bother your shoulder injury? I have 2 large rotator cuff tears, impingement and inflammation of the bursa. I have been trying to train lightly for 18 months but it just won't heal. I'm on my 3rd cortisone injection and this time I'm going to give it 3 to 6 months total rest with maybe light rehab. Otherwise it's surgery. Then you're out of action for a year and apparently it's very painful. Look after yourself!

    off topic questioin (sort of): What's your opinion on the T bar row? and what might be some good alternatives to the T bar row?
