Hi I can not update my mouse to 4k polling rate it says it must be connected via the provided wire but It is connected yet the install button is still greyed out?

Just got the mouse and cant connect to g hub. I got onboard memory manager to see the mouse but i cant get to 4k i could only put it to 2

Plug the GPX with the cable into your pc and plug the dongle in a USB slot at the same time, see if it works
I don't have the option to get 4000 hz, when i click it only shows the dpi and hz to 1000
Thats strange, are you using wireless with the complete dongle?

Other than the polling rate there is no big difference
dont use 4k, use 2k until they fix the sensor for 4k, 4k is very uneven compared to 2k.
I just ordered this mouse but I use side buttons 24/7 for Fortnite building…
They arent the best side buttons out there, but youll be fine. The GPX 2 is one of the best mice out there
