This is the 'plenty day' kunafa theme but theres also the 'plenty night' theme, 'fallow day' and 'fallow night' themes for the village- I hope you check them out too! This also goes for the base camp theme changing with time of day and locale weather
@@athos9293 well it's really 6 cause there's a sand season theme too with day and night. It's noticeable with a saxophone. (no one uploaded the night version 😫 theres a day one but the night one is the one that goes hard)
Dundorma is referenced in Wilds! when you're at the base, you can hear Olivia talking with Athos, and they say something about missing when they lived in Dundorma! Also they don't speak english - or whatever language you got on your settings- they speak another language that is translated in the subtitles!
this one is so unique, and the fact that the village theme changes based on the weather condition is so creative. It kinda reminds me 4U and Stories, both have villages that have 2 themes, and 2 phases, when you encounter they are kinda destroyed, with an calm, low music, and then you help them grow back again, bringing some energetic festival music.
I love how the theme keeps gently surprising you, switching up the different folkish instruments you hear as it progresses. So energizing and welcoming!
Listening to this video has made me realize that the village theme (and likely all village themes in game) changes depending on the weather period you're in because I've only heard the fallow theme, that is honestly really cool.
I don't know why but everytime I hear this theme, I am reminded of Proof of a Hero. Maybe it's the overall feel I'm not quite sure how to put it into words.
I found researching the monster hunter composers tricky so if there’s something you know I’m sure everyone would love to hear about it in a video! Maybe talking about the different composers and playing their tracks when they come up?
There’s a similar but unique version for day/night, plenty/fallow/ and storm tide. A total of 6 versions, each with their own feel! The villagers also have different interactions, animations and focuses during the different times too
Thank you. I enjoy your analysis and musical knowledge . For me, I am beginning to get a very rudimentary ability to understand the layers in music. Also for the information about the OUD.

i love that each locale has a small village in it, but man i really wish we had a proper home-base in this game... we just have the base camps which are pretty dull
Yeah if the "Lords" have a shared leit motif with their locale's village there better not be Elder Dragons in the base game, otherwise it diminishes the prominence they have. Even then, I feel like Elders should lose the Turf War(s) during incelemency.

FOUR themes for each location is crazy

you know its a good day when davi post a monster hunter video

They were never in Dundorma they just say they would like to go there and Val Habar
I noticed her speaking another language but thought it was still a bug 😂
Davi is happy, I am happy, we're all happy.

Davi you’re the goat. As someone hopelessly fixated, I appreciate all the Monster Hunter analyses.

Oh man, that sounds so free and peacefull, I needed this today, thanks Davi.
While I do enjoy what I've heard of the Wilds soundtrack, it's nice knowing there'll be at least a few themes that are more like what we're used to.
It reminds me ALOT of the music from Legend of Zelda, especially Windwaker
wow didnt expect this I was also thinking that Wilds villages will not have so good theme.
This one became my favorite village theme already! Plus they have baby Seikrets running around

I love the MH Rise soundtrack, but it feels good to have some percussion back in the new themes for Wilds.

It seems more like a baroque lute than an oud but I could absolutely be wrong. Beautiful!
Oof.... I'm late, but I'm finally got the time to watch this video. Kunafa Village has a great theme... These horns is really interesting!

The theme changes with weather and day/night, I hope you see the other themes for Kunafa
You should check out the Blasphemous 2 dlc track. Carlos really outdid himself and went crazy with the tracks.
I miss mhwilds already

Woah, so cool, very festive, so good man. Btw, suggestion to listen to Semblante Cautivo from Blasphemous 2 :). That's it. ¡Adiós!
Sounds like a mix of 3u and 4u

Try the Orphan of Kos synthwave varient made by CthulhuSeeker
I take it that you didn't like Kamura's theme, as well as Elgado's even though it technically isn't a village.
