Which oil do you recommend the most for use on the fish if you do not have olive oil in the kitchen? I had a tinted bottle of cold pressed canola oil from Tassie.. I highly recommend it especially for marinade & finishing off dishes.
@@TheHookandTheCook aw nice.. I also recommend Iliada Drops brand Olive Pomace Oil for shallow or deep fry, Mediterranean style. It's a versatile type of olive oil that you could even put the clarified, or unclarified, butter into and baste your fish. I also use the OP oil for Bolognese meat and put the EV olive oil into the sauce afterwards. You could also do all the aforementioned with Hill Farms brand Cold pressed canola oil.. you can taste the seeds fresh from the canola fields.

I like grape seed for dressings.
To be honest Jake I mainly use olive oil even clarified butter when pan frying depends on the dish
