can go buy a grill for less than a hundred bucks, or less that does the exact same thing instead of spending more than that on all of that material and labor it took to do that. looks alright thought I guess lol.
My Dad's neighbor gave him a free one as a welcome to the neighborhood gift in the late 70's. Over 30 years of use!

Unless your selling these for over $500 your really not making much profit. The amount of steal and labor hours is quite up there. Speaking from experience js. It is a nice build though
"cool, useful, and made it myself" is worth a hefty price in hours or dollars imo

I don't think its a good idea. It's better to season with lard or cooking oil with a high smoke point.

I don’t think so but it wouldn’t hurt I did mine with a barrel that had previously ben used for chemicals I cleaned it up good and had it sand blasted

You have the option to slow it down. Lol
To .5 and. 75 speed, with .25 speed at the lowest.
