[TAS] Sonic Advance 2 - Techno Base 1 all SP rings -

Annoying level to TAS. The ring locations forced many weird detours, some losing boost mode in the process, but overall a satisfactory result.

Hey, if I could hack this game I'd remove air friction altogether (like how SA3 works) :(
