This video and the previous one were cut off short. I really appreciate what you are saying....disappointed it was cut short.

Hi Karen! Ah, yes, I think the two videos you watched were ones we created/posted just as we were beginning on TH-cam and still trying to figure out our aesthetic. I'm delighted the message they contained resonated with you, here are the additional videos in those series' if you'd like to view the rest: th-cam.com/play/PLgCGT7nNXGY7BJ8QZ71Bw7jb1ebsEtoPj.html

Wow! This line is great: "It is not a one and done activity." Great inspiration to continually work on emotional health and self awareness. I would love to see you interview Brene Brown.

Thank God you are here to show me how to be the “ best versions of my self”. These 15 things you are presenting - some of which I feel I am or what I hav learned,& some I cannot remember if I was ever taught me. However listening to you makes me become aware therefore then - I am responsible. Your videos are such a pleasant way to learn. I’m very happy you are presenting these videos.

Yep. You are spot on about awareness. As the old saying goes..."some people don't know what is going on and some people don't even suspect something is going on" Would love to hear you discuss this with Jordan Peterson
