Hi Nature Wanderer, if you’re using agar agar powder, it takes approx 5 minutes or less to set. Don’t wait until it’s too cold, as it will not attach very well to the second layer. Try to test it with finger, if it’s firm then can pour on second layer 😊 Hope you like it & have a blessed day 🥰
Ingredients 1 packet (10g) of agar agar powder -1 big riped mango -210ml water, -500ml box full cream milk, -sugar (to taste) 1. Cut mango into cubes and blend them into puree. 2. Prepare a saucepan with 210ml of cold water, 5g of agar agar powder (follow the agar agar powder packet instruction for the measurement); add sugar mix well and transfer to stove and bring to full boil using medium low heat. Add in 250ml mango puree, mix well. 3. Prepare glasses in a muffin tin on an angle to stabilize. Pour the mango agar agar into glasses carefully. Let it set. 4. In a saucepan, add 500ml milk and 5g agar agar powder and sugar, mix well and transfer to stove and bring to full boil using medium low heat. Pour the milk agar agar into the glasses to cover the mango agar agar that already set. Let it set. 5. Served chill.
