Very nice!!! Btw, try using PEEK instead of Delrin for the valve poppet next time. It’s harder to get a good seal (use the same method you do now) but you can crack the valve open much easier as PEEK doesn’t deform like Delrin against the seat, which also allows you to use a larger valve throat.
@ yes, for the same amount of force from the hammer the PEEK valve will open more compared to Delrin (specially with higher pressures). I use around 80% of bore size for all ports, except the throat where the equivalent area (stem area - throat area) is about 90% of bore size. Anything above a .30 caliber it gets harder to open the valve (heavy hammer + heavy long spring), so I’ve been making balanced valves instead where you reduce the closing force on the poppet by having an internal “piston” exposed to outside pressure. It gets fun from there… there’s a lot of info online.
Keren sekali, bagus sekali. Tapi mengapa Anda tidak menjelaskannya, seperti biasa, kami perlu menjelaskan detailnya agar manfaat penuh dapat diperoleh. Salam saya untuk Anda atas pekerjaan luar biasa Anda
Pretty slick. Why water? To “my mind”, now gotta get moisture out. Why not use nitrogen and getting any moisture out from atmosphere at same time. No finding fault, simple curious from my experience of “ things”. 😁🫵👍 Lathes are cool
I had to fill it with water so that there is very little volume left for air. It's for hydrotesting, to see if the tank can withstand it. The water is easy to dry out, I had to disassemble it anyways for continuing the project.
Semakin bagus👍👍👍, sempat bingung lihat anda yang buat dari kuningan.

So its easier to open? Sounds good!

@@RJ-re4lj I am actually planning a 80-100 ftlb .25cal. I will definitely use a balanced valve for that, otherwise it would need crazy hammer tension
wow pcp air gun boi back :0
amazing like always !
Good stuff man😁👌

Is This cylinder not in danger of bursting?
No, I calculated what it can withstand

@ oh wow i just orderd the Bernardo kf25D.Bernardo realy makes some good machines
Why rotate spindle by hand for making thread
I need slow speed, on A mini lathe low speed has too little torque And wont cut

漏水了吗,这个结构全靠密封圈承压,不会太可靠
@@haichen7693 no leaking
it`s normal to test with water because if the pipe burst it`s less energy. no ¨explotin¨, because u cannot compress water
