When I saw the size of the lot I was imagining a lot worse on the main home but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the finishes. This property needs a special type of buyer, I hope they keep it a single lot and turn it into something amazing.
It's a beautiful property and the home is okay. I'm a huge fan of the farmhouse and modern farmhouse look. I'm just not crazy about all the different colors in the kitchen or that dark green mossy color. I know it's just cosmetic but those are a few things I would change. The land however it's amazing and that makes up for it.
Exterior is very nice good choice of colors. A garage tho would have made it much better. Interior is bright kitchen is fantastic, laundry room and it's bathroom tho are not what I'd expect at this price. A stackable waser/dryer for a home with 5 Br. Can't imagine how many loads of clothes it would take..that bathroom was an after thought that's the guest bathroom.. Basement is nice size but no appliances and unfinished closet to me is not expecting..I mean finish everything and I'd expect to pay more money, if that bedroom fireplace is for looks why not make it a wood burner or gas preferably. Did it have a pantry.?
Let’s not lose focus of 14+ Acres. Since this is a builders personal home, it was well thought out and great use of space on a renovation. Sure it was a 3 bed, 1 bath old brick ranch before all the hard work put into the remodel. The pantry would be all the around the commercial grade refrigerator which is not found on any home on a home this style which adds to the wow factor. Adding a garage carriage house and putting another home on the property would create quite the estate at a very reasonable price
Nice land well worth the price I wish but out of my price range at our age. If we were 20 years younger I would buy but hubby is almost 70 he was a farmer what you could do with that land. I live in mass I would buy it if younger

I'm interested in a home at least a 3 b 2 bath. Also we want at least 2 acres. We are first time buyers and we are also disabled. I want a home that my autistic son will be able to live for the rest of his life. My brothers took the money that my Mom and dad left for us. Are there anything you may have around that area. I have my dads home in Palmetto that's supposed to be sold just haven't talked with anyone about selling it. It was last appraised at 200,000. Maybe you know someone who could help
