I do not care for dark floors. A sectional in the famiky/livingroom space with a wall unit wirh book cases would be very nice. Roof and power wash included in HOA, not bad. I prefer a laundry room rather than closet. Nice closet space in primary/ master bedroom. This urban space does not grant me the privacy I desire. Also, this condo does not have the detailing that a traditional homw gas. 😊

You Talk TOO MUCH!!!! Such unnecessary garbage!!! Just sho the home without swinging the camera so harshly, & if there Is anything special THATS when you speak.😮😮😮
Those blinds in the family room are called silhouette blinds. They are expensive. Those are bamboo blinds on the windows in the dinette area in the kitchen. I prefer white blinds or either plantation shutters. A wrought iron staircase would be elegant. Also, the pocket door is good for a jack & jill bathroom. Beautiful master bathroom except the colors are dull.

This is my second time looking at this video. The red and blue paint in the formal dining room must go. I like tan/ light brown earth tones or creamy yellow. The opposite room can be used as an in home library/office. I dislike black fixtures/door knobs.

I agree wholeheartedly, I don't like dark hardwood floors . The hardwood floors in this house are perfect. I love high vaulted and high ceilings. I love a traditional brick home with lots of detailing. Dislike cedar beams or anything that resembles a barn. It takes away from the classiness. 😊😊😊

I have that exact same light fixture in my two story foyer. Built my home 1996 also. It has real hardwood floors. I still love everything about my home. I would buy this one if I were in the market and area.
